Cancellation & Refund Policy

DigiForum.in sells online courses, virtual (digital) products (e.g., e-books, quizzes, certificates), and memberships for premium access to community features and verified directories. Due to the instant delivery of digital content and the ongoing nature of memberships, all sales are final. We provide a limited review window for non-membership items to ensure fairness, in compliance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and E-Commerce Rules, 2020.


1. Refund Eligibility

  • Courses & Virtual Products:
    • No Refunds After Access: Once you view, download, or access any content (videos, PDFs, quizzes, etc.), no refund is available.
    • 7-Day Review Window: Request a full refund within 7 days only if:
      • You have not accessed any material.
      • The purchase was in error or does not match the description.
      • Proof of non-access required (e.g., no login to course dashboard).
  • Memberships:
    • Non-Refundable: Memberships are 100% non-refundable upon purchase, as they grant immediate and ongoing access to premium features (e.g., verified VLE directory, exclusive groups). No review window applies.
    • This aligns with Consumer Protection Act, 2019, which permits non-refundable policies for digital services, provided they are clearly disclosed upfront. Refunds may only be considered in cases of proven technical failure preventing access (at our discretion).

2. Refund Process

  • For Courses/Virtual Products: Email support@digiforum.in within 7 days with:
    • Order ID / Transaction Details
    • Reason for refund
    • Confirmation of zero access
  • Processing: Approved refunds processed within 3–5 business days via original method (Razorpay – UPI, Card, Net Banking).
  • No Partial Refunds: Full or none; no prorated amounts.
  • Memberships: No standard process; exceptional cases reviewed case-by-case.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Accessed Digital Content: Final sale upon first login/view/download.
  • Memberships: As stated, fully non-refundable.
  • Discounted Purchases: Refunds based on original price only.
  • Customized Items: No refunds (e.g., personalized certificates).
  • GST & Taxes: Included in any refund as per Indian law.

4. Why This Policy?

  • Digital products and memberships are delivered instantly and cannot be “returned.”
  • We offer free previews for courses to help you decide.
  • Memberships provide continuous value (e.g., verified networking), making refunds impractical.
  • This policy complies with Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (right to refunds for defective services) and E-Commerce Rules, 2020 (clear disclosure of terms), while protecting against misuse.

5. Cancellations

After Payment: No cancellations; follow refund policy (limited for memberships).

Before Payment: Cancel anytime – no charge.
