Welcome to DigiForum.in — a trusted digital directory and community platform for CSC VLEs, MPOnline operators, and authorized service providers.

By registering, accessing, or using any feature of this platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. Registration & Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must provide true, accurate, and complete information during registration.
• We do not require you to enter CSC ID or MPOnline ID manually.
• We will automatically search and verify your identity using:
  • Mobile Number
  • Email Address
  • Full Address (State, District, Tehsil, PIN) via official CSC Locator and MPOnline Locator.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information will result in immediate account suspension or permanent ban.

2. Verification Process

• After registration, your submitted mobile, email, and address will be cross-checked with:
  • CSC SPV Locator
  • MPOnline Locator
• If a 100% match is found → You will receive:
  • “Verifible title tag” (Verified Badge)
  • Green verification tick on profile
• If no match → Your profile remains unverified, with limited access and no badge.

3. Public Display of Verified Code (Search Results Only)

• CSC Verified Users: Last 5 digits of CSC ID shown only in search results Example: AP Last 5-5 Code: 65655
• MPOnline Verified Users: Last 5 digits of KIOSK ID shown
• This code will NOT appear on your profile page.
• Purpose: Enables quick trust verification by other VLEs without exposing full ID.

4. Data Lock & Editing Rules

• If you set mobile, email, or address to “Public” during signup and get verified:
  • These fields become permanently locked.
  • You cannot edit them afterward.
• You may freely edit:
  • Services offered
  • Printer/scanner details
  • Bio, KIOSK name, B2B info
• If you choose “Only Me / My Connections” → editing remains open forever.

5. Data Privacy & Masking

• Mobile: Only last 4 digits visible (e.g., 89****9089)
• Email: Partial display (e.g., aad***@gmail.com)
• CSC / KIOSK ID: Never shown in full — only last 5 digits in search results
• Full data is accessible only to you and platform admins.

6. Trust, Transactions & Fraud Prevention

• You are solely responsible for any transactions or agreements made with other members.
• DigiForum.in does NOT guarantee payment or service delivery.
• Non-payment, fraud, or misuse will result in:
  • Warning → Suspension → Permanent Ban
• Report fraud via: report@digiforum.in

7. Profile Visibility Controls

• You can set visibility for non-verified fields:
  • Public
  • Only Me
  • My Connections (BuddyBoss Friends)
• Verified contact fields remain Public (masked) for trust.
• Last 5-digit code appears only in search results, not on your profile.

8. Account Suspension & Termination

• We reserve the right to suspend or delete any account without prior notice for:
  • Violation of terms
  • Fraudulent activity
  • Multiple verified complaints
• You may delete your account anytime via profile settings.
  • All personal data will be permanently deleted within 7 days.

9. Payments (If Applicable)

• Premium features (if introduced) will be processed securely via Razorpay.
• All prices in INR, inclusive of applicable taxes.
• No refunds for digital access or verified status.

10. Limitation of Liability

• DigiForum.in is not liable for:
  • Losses due to transactions between users
  • Technical glitches, data loss, or downtime
  • Misuse of publicly shared (masked) information
• We use HTTPS, encryption, and secure backups to protect your data.

11. Changes to Terms

• We may update these Terms at any time.
• Continued use after changes implies acceptance.
• Major updates will be notified via email or in-platform alert.

Note: Selecting Courses/Quizzes disables verification. Mistake? Create a new account.

4. Verification Process (K.Y.G.M.)

• If you select any operator option:
  • We automatically search your mobile + email + address in CSC / MPOnline Locator.
  • No ID required – fully automated.
  • Full match → “Verified VLE” badge + green tick
  • No match → No badge, limited profile

6. Data Lock Rules

• After verification:
  • Mobile, Email, Address → Permanently locked
  • To maintain trust
• Other fields → Always editable

7. Data Security

• HTTPS + SSL Encryption
• BCrypt Hashed Passwords
• Data stored on secure servers in India
• Regular backups & firewall

8. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. Sharing only with:

• CSC / MPOnline Locator (for verification)
• Legal authorities (under DPDP Act)
• Anonymized analytics (platform improvement)

9. Your Rights (DPDP Act)

• View Data → Export from profile
• Delete Data → Delete account → Full erasure in 7 days
• Correct Data → Edit (except locked fields)
• Grievance → support@digiforum.in

10. Cookies

• Essential: Login, session
• Analytics: Anonymized (Google Analytics)
• Blockable: Via browser settings

11. Children’s Privacy

• Under 18 → Registration not allowed
• Accidental data → Immediately deleted
