DigiForum.in is an online learning and community platform offering digital products and services, including online courses, tests, group memberships, and forums powered by BuddyBoss. As all our offerings are digital, no physical shipping is involved. This Shipping Policy is provided to comply with Razorpay’s requirements and applicable Indian e-commerce regulations (Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020).

Digital Delivery

  • Nature of Products: All products on DigiForum.in are digital, such as online courses, quizzes, downloadable resources (e.g., PDFs), and access to community forums or groups.
  • Delivery Process: Upon successful payment via Razorpay, access to purchased courses, tests, or memberships is instantly granted through your account dashboard. You will receive a confirmation email with login details and instructions to access the content.
  • Delivery Time: Access is provided immediately after payment verification, typically within minutes. In rare cases of technical issues, delivery may take up to 24 hours.
  • Access Issues: If you face any issues accessing your purchased content, please contact us at support@digiforum.in with your Order ID. Our team will resolve it within 48 hours.

No Physical Shipping

As we exclusively offer digital products, there is no physical shipping or delivery involved. No shipping fees are applicable, and no physical address is required for delivery. All payments include applicable taxes (e.g., GST) as outlined in our Pricing Page.

Refunds for Non-Delivery

If you do not receive access to your purchased digital product due to technical errors, you may request a refund within 24 hours of purchase, provided no content has been accessed. Please refer to our Cancellation & Refund Policy for details.
